Do you offer refrigerated or cold-chain delivery?We do. Our cold-chain module maintains 2–8 °C for groceries, meal kits, and medical supplies. You can add “cold-chain” when booking online or select the ZippyIMPACT™ plan for integrated refrigerated fulfillment.

What can I ship and how much can an e-cargo bike carry?Our cargo trikes handle up to 200 kg (440 lb) or ~2 m³ of volume—about the size of a small pickup bed. We carry boxes, pallets, grocery crates, and most standard parcels (including cold-chain crates). If you have an oversized item, let us know in advance and we’ll confirm fit.

Are my packages secure during transit?A: Yes. Every bike has a GPS-tracked, remotely lockable cargo module. Sensitive shipments (e.g., electronics, pharmaceuticals) can ride in secure lockboxes with unique access codes. You receive a one-time PIN for your delivery, and our system logs every open/close event.
