  • Do you offer refrigerated or cold-chain delivery?
    We do. Our cold-chain module maintains 2–8 °C for groceries, meal kits, and medical supplies. You can add “cold-chain” when booking online or select the ZippyIMPACT™ plan for integrated refrigerated fulfillment.
  • How do I schedule a delivery with Zippy.Bike?
    Simply click “Get a Quote” on our site, enter your pickup/drop-off addresses and preferred time window, and we’ll send you an instant rate. Once you approve, we’ll confirm your slot and our electric cargo bike courier will arrive at your chosen time. You can also email support@zippy.bike or call 416-366-4510 to book directly.
  • What can I ship and how much can an e-cargo bike carry?
    Our cargo trikes handle up to 200 kg (440 lb) or ~2 m³ of volume—about the size of a small pickup bed. We carry boxes, pallets, grocery crates, and most standard parcels (including cold-chain crates). If you have an oversized item, let us know in advance and we’ll confirm fit.
  • Are my packages secure during transit?
    A: Yes. Every bike has a GPS-tracked, remotely lockable cargo module. Sensitive shipments (e.g., electronics, pharmaceuticals) can ride in secure lockboxes with unique access codes. You receive a one-time PIN for your delivery, and our system logs every open/close event.
  • How do I become a Zippy.Bike community partner or volunteer?

    Our platform uses real-time traffic, bike-lane data, and order priorities to calculate the most efficient routes for each rider. If there’s congestion or a last-minute change, the system automatically reorders stops and notifies the courier—so deliveries stay on time and you always know where your package is.
  • How do your micro-fulfillment hubs work?
    Zippy.Bike micro-warehouses are compact local hubs where you can store inventory for on-demand dispatch. Sign up for a plan (e.g., ZippyFLOW™) to reserve shelf space, then route orders from our hub via our electric fleet. You’ll get real-time inventory updates and same-day shipping within bike-lane zones.
